Ubuntu in the media
In the second episode of the fourth season of Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman we could see Ubuntu running in a machine of the Free University of Brussels. They use Ubuntu to run a "small program that in some way behaves like a real person" to "measure what the Internet is doing". "Their goal is to find out whether is becoming a global brain" .

Listen to online radio stations on Ubuntu
Great Little Radio Player (or GLRP) is an application that offers you the possibility to listen to a huge list; (over 300 stations) of online radio stations on Ubuntu and other distros without using a web browser.
It comes with a clean Qt interface and lots of features such as:
